Engagement Session

Here are a few ideas for locations to take engagements with a horse and dirt bike.

This location is Lincoln Point on the west side of West Mountain, a few minutes up the road from Lincoln Beach. This spot may or may not work as the opening to get down to the beach is a bit tight. You'll want to check it out before bringing a horse down there to see if it'll work. There will be mosquitos and insects near the lake. Muddy in spots. Unknown how many people will be on the beach. I didn't see any signs that said horses and dirt bikes weren't allowed but we'd want to do more research to make sure.

This is the end of Jones Ranch trail up Payson Canyon. There's a nice green field with trees. Both horses and dirt bikes can go on this trail. Across the road there are a couple of spots with nice mountain views as well as a wooden fence.

Here's a nice spot off the side of the road as you drive up Payson Canyon. There could potentially be people camped on this field since it's a weekend.

We could take the photos in a horse pasture that has a view of the mountains. Here's one option (my sister's house near Benjamin/Payson) or if you know of any others, we could do that as well. This property doesn't has a ton of variety for locations. These are the main spots and views you'd get.

This is Lincoln Beach. There was a sign on the main beach that said no dirt bikes. That may just mean they don't want them ridden. We'd need to do more research to see if they are allowed to be on the beach for photos. Not a lot of spots. Mainly just one beach and a couple of other spots for couple shots. Lots of mosquitos.
